Following their success in securing a major contract to provide repair and maintenance, developer and metering services to Yorkshire Water, Morrision Utiliy Services (MUS) the UK's leading provider of utility services enlisted the help of iQ Media to develop a communications campaign. The aim of the campaign was to help all the teams which were coming together under the new contract to join together as one team, to share best working practices and support Yorkshire Water to achieve higher performance standards .
A number of themes for the campaign were developed by IQ Media and tested with the target groups, before 'Connect' was chosen.. This was developed as the brand for the campaign under which key messages were developed and delivered across a range of collateral .
With less than 2 weeks from initial brief to the required ?go live? date of 1st April, when everything needed to be in place, for the changeover with all employees , the IQ team of designers and project managers had to move quickly and pull out all the stops. To ensure all the collateral was designed, approved by MUS senior management, printed and delivered.
In addition to developing the Connect brand, this was applied to posters, a 3 sided desk display and a range of merchandise which included pens, water bottles and flasks for contractors in the field.
