A respected national flooring adhesive manufacturer, F Ball and Company are continually reviewing ways to improve end-user support. Deciding they could use the Internet and video to good effect to enhance this, F Ball launched a brief to overhaul their web-presence and produce a series of demonstration videos.
F Ball's existing site was letting the company's professional customer-facing image down, being outdated, basic in content and difficult to navigate. iQ media reviewed the content on the site and produced a design and data structure based on more refined, collated sections. As a key resource for the company, iQ media redesigned the online Recommended Adhesives Guide, providing a much simpler interface for uses to get product recommendations. Products were then placed at the heart of the site design, allowing users to link seamlessly between recommendations, general information, demo videos and pdf documents.
iQ media were presented with a demanding brief of over 20 different demonstration videos, destined both for the web and for possible use within offline promotions.
