This low cost presentation package represents the perfect solution for your high end business and management meetings or for professional corporate presentations to potential customers and the business community. If you want to make an impact in the promotional market place, we can supply everything you’ll need.

 

The modern style ‘stock set’, incorporating your corporate branding and colour-keyed up‑lighting will create just the right impression in all presentation environments, with the flexibility to orate from a lectern or walk around using hands‑free radio microphones. The set and lectern benefit from a 12‑way creative lighting package. Your PowerPoint or Flash presentations are uploaded onto a quality laptop PC and presented on a large rear‑projection screen using remote technician or independent control.

 

Audience feedback is made possible by the use of the roaming hand-held radio microphone which can be passed amongst the audience. Music and video can be incorporated form CD or DVD and mixed seamlessly with the speaker presentations.

If your conference or AGM requires that additional level of professionalism then this very cost effective package will suit your every need. The large ‘stock set’ can be branded with corporate logos and event-specific signage, whilst dual lecterns provide additional options for speaker preferences and event hosting.

 

With up to 5 personal radio microphones and 2 hand-held radio microphones, questions can be easily fielded from the audience or delegates and responses instantly provided. The package allows for the production of PowerPoint or Flash speaker support slides, delivered from a high end laptop PC, and the inclusion of existing video materials from DVD; all are rear projected using high brightness digital projectors and clean video transitions.

 

Lighting is designed to meet your corporate livery and event requirements with set up‑lighting and full creative lighting.

This high level event package is designed to meet the requirements of most medium to large scale conferences and some awards ceremonies, at the same time retaining all the elements of high presentation values, ease of portability and stand-alone capability at any suitable venue.

 

The set comprises 2 large rear projection screens, with separation distance options, and the geometric set panels able to take corporate branding and themed event signage. Two lecterns are available with a choice of styles to compliment your conference.

 

A comprehensive 24-way lighting package, supplemented with set up-lighting will give exactly the right ambience and create the desired impact for your audience whilst the high specification AV equipment offers the flexibility of 2 laptop PCs and video play-in of existing materials from a DVD player. Up to 6 personal radio microphones and 3 hand-held radio microphones are available with full audio EQ and balancing to an array or 8 loudspeaker on stands or hung in the ceiling*.

 

A 4-strong technical crew and event director are assigned to this package to give you full technical expertise and a professional presentation.
