Please use this form if you require maintenance or technical support for a website, app or software product provided by iQ Media and supported by a maintenance contract.

The Company will use all reasonable endeavours to provide the Technical Support Services in accordance with the following services levels:

(a) critical issue resolution time – within 24 hours

(b) serious issue resolution time – within 24 hours

(c) moderate issue resolution time – within 48 hours

(d) minor issue resolution time – within 72 hours

Response Time

24hours for critical bugs such as website went down

48 hours for content updates

Please note fixing root cause can take longer depending on the nature of the underlying cause but work will commence within 24 hours of becoming aware of it
